Making a request
FOI requests should be made in writing and clearly state that the request is being made under the Freedom of Information Act 2014.

Requests are acknowledged within 2 weeks and a decision is issued within 4 weeks of receipt. There is no application fee.
Publication scheme
The BIM Publication Scheme sets out the information that BIM publishes routinely. It is structured around the six categories required by section 8 of the FOI Act 2014.
